LD brings over 20 years of event and business strategy and leadership experience to LDJ.  As chief executive, LD oversees the general strategic direction, complexion and structure of the company.

LD is sought after as an Executive Producer|Director of high profile fashion, beauty, tech and media events globally.  She is Agency Executive Producer for WME|IMG’s New York Fashion Week platform and has spearheaded the strategic move of the multi-million dollar platform from the original “tents” model to various semi-permanent homes over the past 5 years. As a longtime mentor of women and girls, globally, LD’s philanthropic efforts have led to the formation of the Paper Fig Foundation, which now encompasses all of LDJ’s philanthropic efforts.

A member of the National Association of Female Executives, the Women’s Presidents’ Educational Organization, and the National Association of Professional Women, LD was recently selected “Enterprising Woman of the Year” by Enterprising Women Magazine. Under her leadership, LDJ has made multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000 list, the Women Presidents Organization’s list of the “50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned Businesses in North America” and one of New York’s 50 fastest-growing companies by SmartCEO.  She recently spoke at the World Economic Forum in Africa about the economic impact of fashion platforms in developing nations and was featured in “Impressions” series, “The Producers of New York City”.

As the leader of the LDJ ecosystem, LD will oversee the teams and the overall integration of the two entities as they merge under the LDJ umbrella.
